Mrs Julie GRIFFIN

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator, IUCN

Julie Griffin is the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Coordinator for IUCN's Programme Performance, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (PPME) at HQ and a member of the IUCN Commission on Education and Communication. She is an experienced trainer, facilitator and evaluator with over 12 years of experience in international biodiversity conservation.

Julie has also been a Species Programme Officer and Evaluation Officer for IUCN. She has also held roles as Academic Program Manager at Stanford University, California, consultant on socio-economic monitoring in Belize, consultant on foundation fundraising in the US, and researcher on land rights in the Brazilian Amazon. 

She has a degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Duke University and is an alumna of the University of Cambridge MPhil in Conservation Leadership.
