HideDescription
What is the way forward to ensure that health, food and sustainability are studied as essential parts of uniquely interconnected ecosystems? Alongside the Sustainable Nutrition Scientific Board let’s explore the latest research methodological approaches that draw from opportunities unlocked by Big Data, Complexity Science and Artificial Intelligence Technologies. Today, these innovative methods can provide a better understanding of some of the less understood questions – in health, nutrition and sustainability. This includes the role vegetable oils could play in driving health nutrition as part of a system with more acceptable social costs. Established and continuously supported by Nutella, the SNSB is composed of international experts from a range of intersecting and complementary fields such as environmental science, nutrition, health, food environments as well as epidemiology and foodborne diseases. The SNSB develops research that is independent, holistic and scientifically valid.
