Reservation
No minimum number of nights is required to make a reservation. Participants can book up to 5 rooms per profile. Reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis.
Deposit and Payment
A total pre-payment of up to 6 nights will be required, and beyond 6 nights the remaining amount plus any extra charges incurred by the guest during his/her stay will be charged and paid upon departure.
Confirmation
Confirmation will be emailed to you automatically after completion and payment of your reservation. Please have a screenshot or email of your hotel confirmation at hand when checking in.
Group reservation
For group reservations or special requests, please contact Official Housing agency, GL Events by email at iucn.housing@gl-events.com.
Changes and Cancellation
All changes and cancellations must be sent to the Official Housing agency. We cannot assist with bookings that have not been made through the Official Housing agency; participants are liable for any problems that may arise in such a case.

No Show
0% of the deposit will be refunded
