Important Information

Note: The IUCN World Conservation Congress ended on 11 September 2021. Registration is now closed. You may still log in to the website, but some features may no longer be available.

  • All the excursions’ bookings are handled by the company GL Events. Should you have any questions with regards to the booking of an excursion, please contact GL Events directly at iucn@gl-events.com 
  • Participants are responsible for arranging their own ground transportation and meals if not included in the tour. Please carefully review the excursion description to determine whether transfers and meals are required.
  • Each excursion price includes individual accident insurance.
  • Any cancellations of confirmed excursions must be made in writing to GL Events by latest 26 August 2021 ​​to receive a full refund. No refunds for excursions canceled after 26 August 2021 ​​​​​will be made.
  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking. The following major credit cards are accepted: Visa and MasterCard.
  • Bank transfer is also possible within 7 working days payment, otherwise, the excursion is cancelled.
  • Upon completing your excursion reservation online, you will be emailed a receipt of payment followed by a confirmation of your excursion tour.
  • If the minimum number of participants for an excursion is not reached, you will be contacted by GL Events to take part in another excursion or to be refunded (post-Congress).
