Chairperson Public Sector Solutions, Swiss Reinsurance Company

Veronica has been Chairperson Public Sector Solutions at Swiss Re since 2018. Joined Swiss Re in 1999 with roles in asset mgmt, strategy, risk mgmt, products and origination. Worked in London, Zurich, NY before being appointed in 2015 President and CEO of Canada & English Caribbean based in Toronto. Prior to joining Swiss Re, she worked in investment banking in the UK, Switzerland and Italy. 
She holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management and a master's degree in International Commerce from the Naval University Institute, Naples, Italy. She currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Bretton Woods Committee, the University of Waterloo Intact Centre for Climate Adaptation and is a member of the WEF CEO Action Group for the EU Green Deal, the Women's Leadership Board of Harvard Kennedy School, and the International Women's Forum.
