Tara works with Jayanti Herbs and Spice as the Head of Direct Farmer Sourcing and Sustainable Supply Chain Operations.  She currently takes care of operations in India, Turkey and Vietnam. Over the years Tara has been expanding and developing Jayanti’s sourcing strategy to work more closely with farmers to establish a more secure, ethical and sustainable supply chain. Through her work, she has been able to identify sustainable solutions by understanding root-cause of food-safety issues and by collaborating with like-minded partners
