Mrs Nadya RECINOS

Water Security Project Manager, IUCN

Civil Engineer graduated from the Universidad del Valle de Guatemala and later from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany with a master's degree in Hydrogeology; Nadya has worked in various sectors such as geotechnical, structural design, and project management; additionally she has worked as a consultant on projects related to the management and planning of water resources, as well as lecturer at the undergraduate level in issues of geographic information systems and hydrology.  During her professional career, she has being in charge of various activities such as research, technical training and execution of projects where gray and green infrastructure techniques were implemented that allow a comprehensive management of the water resources. Nadya likes to work in the field, especially with ecosystems related to bodies of water.
