Milica MISKOVIC

Species Conservation Officer , IUCN ECARO

Currently working in IUCN Eastern Europe and Central Asia Regional Office, on the IUCN Save our Species Initiative for Central Asia, which in its first phase focuses on the Snow Leopard and the Goitered Gazelle. Previously working with the BirdLife partner in Serbia- BPSSS, BirdLife International and the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fond. A passion project is conservation of the Special Nature Reserve "Pastures of the Great Bustard" with a local NGO in Serbia.
Completed an MSc in Zoology  and a regular higher study program for Biology at the University of Novi Sad (equates to an MSc level). Additionally, spent some time in the Netherlands and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Natural Resource Management at ITC, Faculty of GIS and Earth Observation, University of Twente.
