Conservation Finance Program Manager, Caribbean Biodiversity Fund

With over 20 years of experience in environmental project design and grant-making, Karen is a regional leader with specific expertise in Conservation Trust Fund (CTF) management in the Caribbean. She held the role of USAID/ Jamaica Mission Environment Officer and Project Manager before moving on to the Environmental Foundation of Jamaica where she served as CEO for six and a half years. In her current capacity as Conservation Finance Manager at the Caribbean Biodiversity Fund, Karen manages the endowment fund and coordinates the development and continued consolidation of the CTF partners through the Caribbean Sustainable Finance Architecture (CSFA). Based in Jamaica, Karen revels in being West Indian and loves that her job takes her outside the boardroom to the many natural treasures of the Caribbean and beyond.
