General ecologist with special interest in birds, mammals, butterflies, wetlands, intertidal zone and more than 50 years conservation work in Africa and Asia. Last 35 years focussing on China and East Asia. Wide range of experience including project formulation, evaluation, project management, information management, systems reviews and training. Large experience in nomination and development of natural world Heritage Sites. Will speak at Yellow Sea event on ongoing situation analysis of status of this important but highly threatened ecosystem.
