I am an active conservation engineer, trying to incorporate science into management. I have been working in biodiversity conservation for 20 years, managing diverse projects, mainly in Natura 2000 sites (integrating conservation, rural development and rewilding aspects). And nowadays, I have become responsible for this type of protected areas in Spain, and now I'm fostering scientific and technical knowledge implementation into management.
