Mr Edouard BOINET

Project manager, International Network of Basin Organizations (INBO)

Edouard Boinet worked at the French Embassy in Kenya on the United Nations Environment Program, at the Health and Environment Program of the French Institute of International Relations and at the International Hydrological Programme (IHP) Secretariat of UNESCO (UNESCO-IHP).  Since 2011, Edouard has been working at the International Office for Water (OIEau), Secretariat of the International Network of Basin Organizations (INBO).

He is in charge of developing institutional relations and partnerships (UNECE, UNESCO, OECD). He has been involved in the implementation of field projects in Asia and Africa, particularly in the areas of Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM), climate change adaptation and the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He also coordinates the preparation of the participation and contributions of OIEau and INBO to major international events (World Water Forum, UNFCCC COPs, UNCDB COPs, INBO General Assemblies).
