From science to action: Innovative solutions to tackle ocean plastic pollution

The session will focus on engaging key stakeholders along the plastic value chain to co-generate interventions to tackle plastic pollution and to showcase ideas that could inspire others to take similar action. The session will highlight the results and lessons learned from the IUCN UNEP National Guidance for Plastic Pollution Hotspotting as well as solutions developed by Plastic Odyssey Expedition, Veolia, Onet, and Beyond BeMed. It will encourage participants to develop interventions based on what they have learned.
