Experience in fields of concern to IUCN:Currently CEO of Canadian Wildlife Federation. Elected to IUCN Council in 2016. Seeking support for second term. Serves as Vice-Chair of the IUCN Council Finance and Audit Committee. Serves on the Finance and Audit Sub-Committee developing a long-term financial strategy for IUCN. Served as Acting Treasurer for IUCN while this position was vacant and on the Search Committee to fill it. Served on the IUCN Bureau during time as Acting Treasurer. Founding member of IUCN's new Urban Nature Alliance. Supported Nature for All and its predecessors from their earliest days. Has served as President of the Canadian Committee of IUCN and currently serves the Board in an ex-officio capacity.
