This session is a one-time opportunity to hear from Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD), experts and other key stakeholders from scientific organizations, state parties and subnational governments on how to embrace change, fix and transform our broken relationship with nature.

The session will present pathways to transformation towards nature-positive economies and societies that reconcile biodiversity governance, sustainable development and human wellbeing. It will explore opportunities and gaps in making the current negotiations of the negotiations at COP15 of the Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) more ambitious, and for effectively transformative goals, targets and milestones to come out of the Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework.
