Los recientes acontecimientos han sacudido todos los rincones del planeta con un llamamiento al cambio transformador, y las NbS están profundamente conectadas con el cambio global para volver a construir mejor. El pabellón también incluye una sección interactiva dedicada al Decenio de las Naciones Unidas para la Restauración de los Ecosistemas.
Nature-based Solutions (NbS) are a powerful ally to address societal challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss and food security. As the world strives to emerge from the pandemic, it is imperative that investments in nature reach their potential by contributing to the well-being of people and the planet. As the NbS and Ecosystem Restoration concepts enter the mainstream, there is the need for greater clarity and precision of what they entail and what is required to reach their full potential.
